Respectfully buried in the cemetery and dug up weeks later, aged with just the right amount of rust. These coffin nails are ready for your charms, spells and fixes. 

My Italian grandmother used them to make charms in slender glass bottles. They can be used to "nail down a promotion" at work, for protection and other spell work.
